For straight language translation, your video will be ready in just a few minutes. However, if you choose to include lip-syncing and use the Generate Proofread Editor, the process may take over 10-15 minutes for a 1-minute video. We recommend leaving it to process and coming back when it's done. You will receive an email notification once your video is complete, so please be patient.
Yes, VidsDub can translate language with multiple faces on screen simultaneously. However, for lip-syncing, the current feature supports only one person on screen at a time. We’re actively working on expanding this capability to include multiple faces for lip-syncing, and it’s on our roadmap to be released soon. Stay tuned!
If your video doesn't complete or encounters an error, please email us, and we will refund the amount of seconds or minutes used for that video. However, please note that we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind about a translation.
The maximum total video length is 45 minutes, and the maximum file size is 100MB. If your video file exceeds 100MB, we recommend splitting it into smaller parts. There are many video editing tools available that can help you with this.
Your videos are securely stored in a database with encryption, ensuring they are safe and protected. If you choose to delete your videos, they will be completely wiped from our storage. VidsDub is committed to maintaining the highest standards of security to safeguard your content.
Users can easily cancel their subscription within their account, and the cancellation will be effective starting the next month. Alternatively, you can send an email to contact@vidsdub.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription." You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
